Now, I am a customer of vbuzzer and mostly a happy customer (though their rates have gone through the roof on calls to Colombia).I am even happen to received emails from them because they are always somehow relevant to their service(s) and are plain text.
However, this one falls into the category of a really stupid email, as I have highlighted below they are actively seeking my feedback. That is great!
However, if you try to offer your feed back it goes to "noreply" and comes right back to you! I would think if they actually wanted someone's feedback they would offer a valid email address or other means of communicating it to them!
