That is through the Verizon Community Forums.In the forums, customers will be able to get in touch with Verizon customer relations officers and ask them questions, give advice, and inquire about Verizon's portfolio of products.
The forums were well-received, according to Mark Studness, director of e-commerce at Verizon. Since its launch in July 2008, the forums have generated 10 million page views.
