As a customer service representative, it requires a lot of effort and passion to do it. I have been a call center agent before and I definitely know what it's like to be receiving calls from upset customers. When I say upset customers, I mean those who are really screaming out of frustration and agitation, others are even using profanity, and others even think that you are not a human being. We were trained to be able to sympathize and empathize with the customer's concern. It's really hard to pacify customers especially if they are going through a lot of problems with the services.
