I suppose it should come as no surprise that Ryanair continue to treat their customers like absolute crap! Why do we keep flying with them?!
I found this article today - "Ryanair attacks 'idiot, lunatic bloggers". A Ryanair staff member replied to a blog from a company computer in their office headquarters calling a customer stupid, an idiot and a liar. As if that wasn't bad enough the Ryanair spokesperson confirmed that this happened, didn't apologise, and then further aggravated the situation by calling their customer a lunatic blogger!
Can you believe that an "official response" from an airline would back up the abusive and inappropriate comments of a staff member that shouldn't have even been replying to blog posts from a company computer?! Only Ryanair!
Why on earth do people still buy from this wretched company when there are other great companies such as AerLingus which can compete with them price wise and provide a service that is a MILLION times better!
I know I would certainly prefer to pay 10 euro more for a ticket with Aer Lingus, get a smile at the check-in desk, get treated with respect, not have to pay to check-in (the most ridiculous concept EVER!) and even better I don't have to look at those disgusting yellow plastic seats they have in Ryanair planes!
Lets get a little customer service back in airlines - refuse to buy from Ryanair when they treat their customers like dirt! No doubt soon they will start charging you extra if you want to breathe whilst on the plane!
