    As far as the United Kingdom is concerned, the growth of mobile broadband will be stifled if mobile operators field in rude and incompetent customer service personnel, according to a research of YouGov for consultancy firm Convergys UK.

    The research show, among others, that only 5% percent will pick the cheapest package with worst customer service. You have been warned.
