Ice Cream Reward for Healthy Activity

I read in the newspaper recently that a group of school childen were rewarded with ice cream for participating in a healthy activity.

Now, I certainly understand the motivational factor of ice cream. However, it would seem to me to be the absolutely best reward for a health activity.

I also realize it might be more difficult to select a healthy reward for a healthy activity.

Ice cream for acting health... not wonder obesity is so common in children.
