It's bad enough that a company has a buggy website, but bugs are already normal when it comes to really complex corporate websites.
It's even worse when you post the bug on your blog for everyone to know and then a staff member from the company chose to hurl personal insults you instead.
The worst case happens when an official spokesperson from the company acknowledges the incident and proceeds to call the blogger a lunatic.
What would you think about a company like that?
