I am a customer service representative I have dealt with a lot of abusive customers. Sometimes, it really tests your patience and your breeding. There were times when I almost lost it! But I am just so lucky to have been gifted with a lot of patience that is why there was never a time when I answered back to those abusive customers. I really would advise those who want to become customer service representative to undergo training so that you won't put your career at stake. Most businesses offer preferred customers perks so that it will encourage loyalty to their business. But the implementation of it must be almost perfect for it to be effective.Figure out from the sample strategies that these 2 imaginary restaurants did and see which is effective and which is not. Make suggestions on how to improve the system or share ideas on other ways how businesses can give a treat to preferred customers to show their appreciation and to use it as a marketing tool as well.
