I am a customer service representative I have dealt with a lot of abusive customers. Sometimes, it really tests your patience and your breeding. There were times when I almost lost it! But I am just so lucky to have been gifted with a lot of patience that is why there was never a time when I answered back to those abusive customers. I really would advise those who want to become customer service representative to undergo training so that you won't put your career at stake. Have a great day!
