Customer satisfaction among American consumers has improved in the fourth quarter of 2008, based on the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). This may well be attributed to the fierce competition that producers are playing to get some profits and survive the storm that we are in. It's bad enough that a company has a buggy website, but bugs are already normal when it comes to really complex corporate websites. It's even worse when you post the bug on your blog for everyone to know and then a staff member from the company chose to hurl personal insults you instead. The worst case happens when an official spokesperson from the company acknowledges the incident and proceeds to call the blogger a lunatic. What would you think about a company like that?
