While a lot of posts here detail the bad experiences that customers had with certain companies, we strive to become as balanced as possible by also telling tales of companies with good customer service, hoping that this will inspire other businesses to ensure customer satisfaction. In a recent survey of the Institute of Customer Service asking 24,000 people about certain institutions, long-haul airlines Virgin Atlantic came out on top of the transport sector. A responsibility of any merchandise establishment, may it be related to electronics or not extends up to the point of satisfaction of the customer's who have purchased their product or service. It is saddening to hear some establishments still fail to address such customer issues which will greatly affect their reputation as well.
