In a country where trains are not as supported as private vehicles and buses, something is inherently wrong with the US national train carrier Amtrak because it still refuses to care about its remaining loyal customers. Then it expects the Congress to subsidize its operations. Before the subsidy, its employees should first learn what customer service is. At long last, the Public Service Commission and Verizon have finally reached an agreement for the latter to invest $11 million to build better infrastructure and hire 49 more maintenance technicians for West Virginia. The intervention of the PSC came after a petition was filed to it by Byron Harris, head of the Commission's Consumer Advocate Division. According to Harris, complaints about Verizon's poor customer service have been rising throughout the years and appropriate action must already be put in place. At least some phone companies out there provide good customer service.In a recent survey, Spring came out on top of the list when it comes to quickly answering customer calls, answering 89 percent of 1000 calls under thirty seconds. This is the only company in the list to have reached more than 80 percent.
