Business may be doing badly in general these days, but your business can make it if you know how to play your cards--and if you know how to deal with your customers well.
In some industries, such as the leisure industry, this is especially important, but don't think you don't have to be courteous to customers if you're not in this industry. After all, the competition is just waiting outside, ready to grab your customers immediately.
