Treating your customers as bas as possible

DirecTV is announced as the end all of home TV entertainment. What you actually see is a lot of "bla, bla, bla"! They have a very poor, or non-existent, customer service. Here we have Mr. Corncobīs transit through hell with DirecTV, to the extent of an e-mail to the Acting CEO, Larry Hunter. Wilber was actually visited by a crew sent to remove the equipment due to lack of payment. Of course he paid and can prove it.
