Good customer service is hard to come by these days. Either you get agents who are snobs who hardly follow-up to you, or you get clueless agents who do not know how to help you at all. Good customer service has become such a rarity that customers become thrilled every time they encounter it.
How do you make customers ecstatic with your company's customer service?
