I am sure that it is always understood by most people doing business in the world that they have to listen to their customers and that this was always going to be the best way to go about running a business.Where things like movies are concerned, this is not so. The creator of the movie Wall E would surely understand, before most, and in fact he even brought the idea to the world simply because he realized that it was more important to figure out what someone would like see, rather than view a remake of what they have already seen, prior.
