Jennifer Robinson in an article in the Las Vegas Review Journal quoted vice president of marketing and advertising at Mandalay Bay Scott Voeller. According to him customer service is the only way to regain business stability in this times of economic downturn. During this hard times where there are less workers and less pays, it does not also mean low customer service because it is in customer service that our paychecks depends as workers.
