Edward N. Albro described how customer service of any technology or service should be on his article on pcworld's website, link below.
He commends what Netflix did when he and his wife experienced streaming problems with Netflix's Instant Watching service.Albro didn't have to call or e-mail the company cause the next day he already received an email from Netflix about the glitch and offered him a 2 percent discount on his next bill. Pretty neat huh?
Albro notes that this should be how other companies provided great customer service; to take full responsibily and offer amends. Dante Nonito Labasbas II is typing a message.
