When it comes to customer service, nothing would be better than real human beings on the other end of the line. Who would want to listen to answering machines all day long?
At least the Mississippi Public Service Commission already noticed the difference between computer respondents and real respondents. They will be holding public hearings on a proposed rule to require companies to have real human beings as call service attendants during office hours. Smart move.
