Customer satisfaction among American consumers has improved in the fourth quarter of 2008, based on the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). This may well be attributed to the fierce competition that producers are playing to get some profits and survive the storm that we are in.
Customers should be invited to spend, and improving customer service is one of the ways to do so.
