At long last, the Public Service Commission and Verizon have finally reached an agreement for the latter to invest $11 million to build better infrastructure and hire 49 more maintenance technicians for West Virginia.
The intervention of the PSC came after a petition was filed to it by Byron Harris, head of the Commission's Consumer Advocate Division.
According to Harris, complaints about Verizon's poor customer service have been rising throughout the years and appropriate action must already be put in place.
