Comcast has never been known to be one of the country's better cable providers. It has consistently places below the customer surveys for its apparent deafness to consumer complaints.Recently, however, it seems that the cable company has seen the light. Comcast has formed a group of people that will scan the Web for complaints and try to resolve them--without waiting for customers to call the company.
