We've had stories of exceptional customer service in this blog, and I am pretty sure that you were motivated to look for similar service from the companies who profit from you.

Now it is time to return to our old job, and that is to give you stories of bad customer experience to allow you to avoid certain companies that forget their promises of serving customers well.
